Refund Policy

Our returns policy has been put in place so that we can offer the best possible customer service, whether it's a return, refund or replacement, and to protect us from fraudulent claims. For those that are genuine, please don't take it personally if we ask several questions, it's just a way for us to distinguish between a genuine and a fake claim.

Refund

To request a missing item, you must send photos of the front of the envelope within 24 hours of receiving the package. The details of the card with which you made the payment are required. We will only reimburse you if the photo matches that of our shipping department.

If you have ordered an item in error, we will only be able to refund the item if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel, modify or refund the order.

If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout and have not received your items, we will not be responsible for replacement or refund.

Exchange

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning them. ATTENTION: We know our products and how to distinguish the real from the fake.

Shipping Returns

If the courier has made an attempt to deliver your package and it is returned to us, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs so that we can redeliver your package. No refund will be possible.

Products can only be returned if they are sealed and in good condition. We will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning them.

If a parcel is tracked and indicates that it has been delivered or signed for, please check the recipient's signature or check with your neighbors. If your parcel is noted as having been signed for or delivered, we will not replace or refund the parcel in question.

Bpost / Mondial Relay

Our delivery times are estimated by Bpost and Mondial Relay. No refund or replacement will be made until at least 7 working days have elapsed since your order was dispatched.

For international orders, delivery time is estimated by Bpost and Mondial Relay. No refunds or replacements will be made until at least 15 working days have elapsed since your order was dispatched.
